We act as an intermediary platform and are not the creator of user-uploaded content.
3. User Accounts
You agree to:

4. Content Ownership & Licensing
a) Seller Rights
Sellers retain full ownership of their uploaded content.
By uploading content, you grant WhiteboardHub a non-exclusive license to:

- •Display the content to buyers
- •Distribute the content through the platform
b) Buyer Rights
Purchased content is for personal and educational use only.
Buyers may NOT:
- ✕Resell the content
- ✕Redistribute or share publicly
- ✕Violate seller copyright
5. Payments, Commissions & Payouts
💳a) Purchases
- ▪Buyers pay via supported payment methods (M-Pesa)
- ▪Transactions are marked as: Completed, Pending, or Failed
📊b) Commission
- ▪WhiteboardHub deducts a commission fee from each successful sale
- ▪The commission supports platform operations and maintenance
💰c) Seller Payouts
- ▪Earnings are credited after a successful transaction
- ▪Payouts typically processed immediately after commission deduction
- ▪Funds may be held for up to 48 hours for verification
6. Refunds & Failed Transactions
- ▪Payments marked as pending may not be completed or credited.
- ▪Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- ▪WhiteboardHub reserves the right to reverse transactions in cases of fraud, duplicate payments, or technical errors.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may NOT:
- ✕Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- ✕Violate intellectual property rights
- ✕Attempt to bypass payment systems
- ✕Exploit platform vulnerabilities
- ✕Engage in fraudulent transactions
Violations may result in:

- ⚠️Permanent ban from the platform
- ⚠️Legal action where applicable
8. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to:

Use of the platform is at your own risk.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

- •We detect suspicious or harmful activity
- •Your account remains inactive for an extended period
You may also stop using the platform at any time by deleting your account.
